What is your return policy for used sporting gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in new, resellable condition with original packaging. For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on gear that has been heavily used outdoors or shows signs of wear and tear.
Are EzyDog products waterproof and suitable for swimming?
Yes, many of our products, such as our Neo Collars and DFD Life Jackets, are made from high-grade neoprene and waterproof materials designed specifically for water sports and wet conditions.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while express options are available at checkout if you need your gear sooner for an upcoming adventure.
Do you offer a warranty on your leashes and harnesses?
We stand by the quality of our sports gear. EzyDog offers a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Please note this does not cover damage caused by chewing, normal wear and tear, or misuse.
