We want you and your dog to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in original packaging. If your sports harness or leash doesn't fit perfectly, we are here to help you find the right size.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the gear is clean, hair-free, and in its original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
